Refund Policy

Free plan

Pith's Free plan is genuinely free — no card required and nothing to refund. You can use it indefinitely. Refund terms below apply only after you upgrade to Pro.

Monthly plans

If you are billed for a monthly plan and contact us within 7 days of that charge, we will refund the full amount. After 7 days, monthly payments are non-refundable for the current billing period; you can cancel anytime and will not be charged again. Partial-month refunds are not issued.

Annual plans

Annual plans come with a longer refund window. If you are billed for an annual plan and contact us within 30 days of that charge, we will refund the full amount minus any month already consumed (pro-rated by complete calendar months from the charge date).

How to request a refund

Email billing@pith.day from the email address on your Pith account. Include your Instagram handle and a short reason — we use the feedback to improve. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days. Refunds return to the original payment method.

What's not refundable

• Charges older than the windows above (7 days monthly, 30 days annual).
• Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service (spam, impersonation, abuse).
• Add-on charges already consumed (e.g. reels generation usage above your tier's monthly allowance, where applicable).

Chargebacks

Please email us first. We refund quickly when the request is reasonable, and a chargeback adds fees on both sides. Repeat chargebacks may result in account termination per our Terms of Service.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days in advance. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
